Before launching phoster, Georga worked in specialist recruitment supporting law firms and professional services businesses.
Her work focused on placing high-performing legal support staff and business support professionals in roles where trust, pace and judgement are critical.
Earlier in her career, Georga worked directly in executive assistance, operations and business support roles across legal, government, and real estate in Queensland and Tasmania.
This hands-on experience informs how phoster co assesses candidates and understands the realities of these roles day-to-day.
